"THE SLAVERY EXCEPTION"
The Evil Exploitation of Slavery through the 13th Amendment loophole since 1865 must finally end. The USASO is actively committed to addressing this grave injustice and ensuring that "due process" and "equal protection of the laws" is upheld for all citizens who currently remain wrongfully incarcerated and Enslaved throughout American prisons because of the "War on Drugs" and "Mandatory Minimums" that blatantly inflict cruel and inhumane punishments.

"THE WAR ON DRUGS"
It is time to stop criminalizing, incarcerating, and Enslaving people in prison for marijuana possession.
The prohibition of marijuana has been intentionally used by the United States Federal Government to criminalize and incarcerate Black and Brown people.
Former President Nixon's White House Counsel and Top Domestic Policy Advisor openly admitted this. No person deserves to serve a life sentence of forced labor for possessing 1 gram of marijuana.
Marijuana is legal in Washington DC, America's federal capital, therefore it is time to stop incarcerating and Enslaving people for it.

"MANDATORY MINIMUMS"
Mandatory Minimums have inflicted countless cruel and inhumane punishments in direct violation of both the 8th and 14th Amendment. Congress has a constitutional legal duty and moral obligation to uphold "due process" and "equal protection of the laws" for all citizens who remain wrongfully incarcerated and Enslaved in prisons. Freedom and Justice must be served by Congress where cruel and inhumane punishments have been inflicted.
